At Paper Moon Floral Design, every arrangement is handcrafted using fresh flowers, seasonal blooms, and living plants. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality or condition of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product so we can evaluate the issue.

When appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be re-delivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

Custom orders, wedding flowers, event flowers, workshops, and special-order products are non-refundable.
